Embark on a Journey of a Lifetime
From February 6 to February 18, 2025, participants will tackle the majestic Mt. Kilimanjaro via the scenic Lemosho route, an 8-day hike that promises awe-inspiring landscapes and starlit nights in tents. This is more than a climb; it’s an opportunity to connect with nature and like-minded individuals dedicated to preserving our planet’s beauty.
Extend Your Adventure
After the climb, you have the opportunity to join an optional safari from February 18 to 22, 2025, exploring Tarangire National Park and the Nogorongoro Crater – each offering unique wildlife and unforgettable experiences.
How to Join
Limited to just 15 spots, securing your place requires a commitment to raise a minimum of $2,000 or more by December 1, 2024. In return, you’ll receive:

Trip Costs and Details

- Kilimanjaro 8-day Lemosho route: $3,500
- Optional Safari extension: $3,000

These costs cover guided tours, accommodations, meals during the hikes and safaris, and transportation as per the itinerary. Please note, airfare, travel insurance, gratuities (guides, porters, and other support staff), meals outside of hike, and other personal expenses are not included.
Trip Payment Timelines

- Deposit: $500 upon reservation towards trip costs (credit card information required for reservations)
- Second installment: $2,500 by June 1, 2024
- Balance: Due by October 1, 2024

Fundraising Timeline

- Fundraise a minimum of $2,000 by December 1, 2024
- If the donation goal of $2,000 is not met by Dec 1st, we will contact you to run the balance on the credit card provided when the Deposit was made.

- 50% refund minus deposit available until December 1, 2024
